SnowHill Beagles is owned by Shelton "Jimmy" Parker, a native of Sampson County, which is located in the eastern part of NC. We have been hunting and raising beagles since I was a little boy. My late grandfather, "Grandpa Chester" known as "Tank" in the beagle world started me rabbit hunting years ago. I have grown to love this passion just about as much as he did. I even got some of his characteristics as I plow through the briars which is how he got his nickname Tank. We don't tolerate a deer running dog in our kennel. We hunt rabbits only; not deer. Our beagles are run all year long.
